So, let's see which is the most fragrant flower in the world?!


Lily of the valley is bell-shaped white flowers native to Asia and Europe. These delicate white blossoms are known for their sweet fragrance. The plant can reach up to 4 to 8 inches in height.

It's believed to bring luck in love, a reason why it's a wedding bouquet favourite. In the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, it was featured in the bridal bouquet. 


It also signifies " return of happiness".
In 1967 it became National flower of Finland and was the floral emblem of Yugoslavia. Also known as 'May Lily' as it blooms in May. 
Earlier it was used as a powerful healing tool for treatments of heart disorder, skin burns and epilepsy.

The fruits of Lily of the valley are orange-red berries which are


 poisonous and can cause abdominal pain, reduced heart rate, blurred vision, vomiting, red skin rashes and drowsiness when ingested, hence it's better to keep it away from kids and pets.

The bells cannot handle the heat and exist at cold temperatures. Especially known for its best smell and hence a popular ingredient in perfumes. It's beautiful and delicate but can be poisonous when ingested.
